A stunning dish with the authentic flavours of the Tianjin region of China. You will enjoy a beautiful feather blade of beef, freshly prepared and slow braised in an aromatic Jiang sauce. Simply reheat and eat.

Description

Slow braised feather blade of beef in an aromatic Jiang sauce.
Serves 2.

Reheat instructions:
Place the beef and sauce in a pan and gently bring to the boil on a low to medium heat, stirring throughout.
If during heating the sauce appears to be thickening add a splash of water.
Serve when completely heated.
