In this box you will receive the following dishes – each dish serves 2 people.

Siu Mai – 10 siu mai pork dumplings with red dragon dipping sauce and dumpling sauce.
Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings – Freshly prepared roasted wings with Lu Ban salt and pepper seasoning.
Jiang Beef
– Slow braised feather blade of beef in an aromatic Jiang sauce.
Lu Ban Noodles – noodles with seasoning to add the authentic flavours of China.

Each dish will arrive with simple instructions on how to heat.

We freeze your dishes to keep them fresh which means they are likely to arrive still frozen.
Delivery is possible Tuesday to Friday each week.
Please select your delivery date for at least the day before you intend to eat to allow the dishes time to defrost.
Your dishes can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days before heating.

Ingredients

SIU MAI: Pork collar, wheat, chilli, broadbean paste, soy, sesame oil, black vinegar, honey, sweet chilli sauce, salt, white pepper. SALT & PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS: Chicken wings, salt, Szechuan pepper, chilli flakes, Chinese 5 spice, sugar. JIANG BEEF: Oyster sauce, veal jus, celery, chilli, fennel seeds, bay leaf, white wine, wheat, cornflour, cassia stick, soy, broadbeans, spring onion, ginger, Szechuan pepper, star anise, cardamom.

Celery, cereals containing gluten, molluscs, sesame, soybeans, sulphites.

Notes

Lu Ban dishes are created in the Lu Ban restaurant kitchen where other food is prepared and may contain ingredients listed in the current list of Food Standards Agency allergens.

Storage Instructions

Prior to reheating store your dishes in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
