Ordering online

When you place an order with Lu Ban Kitchen you are consenting to the use of your submitted data for the purposes of fulfilling your order, and if you tick the box to join our mailing list, your information will also be kept for this purpose (although you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time)

When you place your order, you are also agreeing to the terms of delivery as set out on our Delivery Information page. If you do not agree with these terms please do not place an order.

Delivery terms
We will not accept responsibility for deliveries to a shipping address where there is no one available to take receipt of your fresh food box.
By its very nature, fresh food must be placed in a refrigerator as soon as possible to remain unspoiled. The packaging used for the delivery will keep food chilled for up to 24 hours from dispatch, and upon delivery should be placed in the fridge.

Packages WILL NOT be returned to a depot if there is no one available to accept the delivery. They will be left outside the address. Please ensure that when you place your order, there will be someone available to take receipt upon delivery.

Under no circumstances will any refund be due once a delivery is made to the shipping address.

We want you to be 100% happy with our food, however should you find any problems with a dish please write to us at Lu Ban, Stanhope Street, Liverpool, Merseyside L8 5XJ and fully state the name of the dish and the reason for your dissatisfaction, with photos if relevant and we will get in touch with you.
