We freeze your dishes to keep them fresh which means they are likely to arrive still frozen. Please select your delivery date for at least the day before you intend to eat them to allow them time to defrost. Your dishes can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days before heating.
Description
Freshly prepared slow roast crisp pork belly with sweet and sour sauce.
Serves 2.
Reheat instructions
Preheat your oven to gas mark 4, 180 degrees or 350 degrees f.
Heat a non-stick frying pan with a coating of oil, place the pork in the pan skin side down and brown the skin, this will take approximately 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the pork to a clean tray and place in the oven skin side up for a further 6-8 minutes.
Serve with the sauce that you have heated in a small pan.
